Style targets are met but quality is still too low
Commission quality combines grain, customer fit and sewing; style weights do not replace any of them.
For a measured customer, the checked quality calculation rounds 30% grain, 20% fit and 50% sewing. Without customer measurements, a general preview uses 40% grain and 60% sewing. A general preview can therefore differ from commission quality.
Sewing is weighted by the number of joined edges, and uncut panels remain in the grain average's denominator. Measurement-paper centimetre accuracy is separate from the internal body-shape fit calculation; a displayed measurement percentage should not be substituted into the fit formula.
