An unsuccessful hand-in gives no payment
Distinguish an accepted unsuccessful commission from a dialogue that returns the dress for revision.
The dated Build 403 announcement states a payment fix for unsuccessful commissions that the customer accepts. It does not say that every unsuccessful dialogue must pay immediately.
In the checked local build, 18 regular commissions have a failure continuation that returns to alterations. Those attempts give no payment, relationship gain or prestige at that point. Continue the dialogue and inspect whether the order is accepted or is still asking for changes.
