After submitting the commission
Successful and archived: the full listed budget is paid and the customer's relationship increases by 1.
In the checked failure conversation, continuing through the dialogue returns this commission for a retry. This attempt is not archived and gives no budget, relationship or prestige reward.
All three replies lead to alterations. Continuing the failure dialogue gives no payment, relationship gain, or prestige for this attempt. The continuation reply immediately before the revision is: “Fine, I'll make the changes.”
