The full game
Dressmaker was released on Steam on 21 September 2026. Its store and publisher list Windows and macOS. The Simplified Chinese title is 针影裁梦.
The current game-data and mechanics explanations were checked on 27 September 2026 against Steam build 25508059 and internal resource version 410.44874e6. Art images and swatches retained from the earlier build 25482629 / 405.56decad; they were not all regenerated. The checked asset comparison found three patterns with panel-name corrections, not a broad change to the public catalog's prices, unlocks or requirements. This does not establish that every game file is unchanged. The official Build 403 patch label is separate from these installed-build identifiers. Read the version and verification scope.
The prototype
The developer's itch.io page labels its downloadable build Prototype 0.5.5 and lists Windows, macOS and Linux files. That number is not the Steam game's version.
Plans are not release dates
The launch announcement discusses an online challenge mode, transparent fabrics, controller support, and mobile and Switch ports as future work. Check a later official announcement before assuming any of these are available.
